In
this week, English for culture communication course. We had special class about
Traditional Thai Food. We had special lecturer was the owner of "Nam Sai
art & decor" He showed us how to made " Kanom Cheen Saw Nam"
He was very kind and always smile when he made food. This menu was very
interested for me because it's ancient food and very popular for having during
the summer in Thailand.
Normally,
I had Kanom Cheen with vegetables and curry sauce but this menu was different
because this menu had a lot of
ingredients herbs such as julienned ginger, thinly sliced peeled garlic
and chapped peeled pineapple. On that day, I was very excited for making this
menu. My friends and I made "Kanom Cheen Saw Nam" willingly.
Everybody prepared equipment and ingredients together. Somebody carved cucumber
and somebody prepared decorated plate. While I was cooking this menu. I thought
"Kanom Cheen Saw Nam" had many benefits. For instance, the benefits
of pineapple it helps improve oral and eye health, help heal wounds and protect
against infection and reduce risk of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. After
that, the lecturer walked around to test the food in each group. He appreciated
about food and decoration the plate in our group. He told us that,we decorated
plate beautifully. We felt very glad. Then, my friends and I taste "Kanom
Cheen Saw Nam" happily.
Finally, I would liked to thank you the lecturer that he came to demonstrate how to make Kanom Cheen Saw Nam for us. That made me got new knowledge and I know how to make a new menu, it's Kanom Cheen Saw Nam. This menu was very delicious and easy to make for everybody. Moreover, it's good for our health because of Thai herbs. When I went back to my home. I
would to take this menu for my parent. I though they would love my special menu
the same as me.
